The good part of this product, IT COVER ALL PENSIONER FROM
ALL OVER SECTORS:
(Federal AG, State AG, Police Force, Fire Fighters, EVEN Army).

It also covers the wife of pensioners whose husband already passed away & they continue getting the pension.


CRITERIA :
·           Minimum gross pension is RM750
·          Eligibility is 50% of net pension.
Example : Gross Pension RM1000, housing loan deduct from pension RM300, net RM700. Eligibility 50% of RM700 = RM350


PRODUCT FEATURES :

·         Financing up to RM100,000.00
·         Tenure Max is = (15 years or 70 years of age whichever comes first).
.         Tenure Min is = (3 years or age of applicant 67)
·         Rate 5% flat rate!!!(Low interest rate).


DOCUMENT NEEDED : 

·         2 Copies of  IC
·         2 Copies of Pensioner Card
·         1 Copy of Spouse IC
.          3 Month Bank Statement(pension kredit to acc bank)
·         Need to have RHB Islamic account first.
